How & when to pay

To reserve your room you have to pay a deposit of 100% for 1-2-3 days staying. For staying more then 3 days you have to pay the deposit of 3 days.

You can pay the reservation with credit card (5% more cost) or by bank money transfer.

When you arrive at the B&B Gabriel, you will pay by cash the rest of the balance due, at the check in time.

Check-in & Check-out

• The check-in is possible between 15.00 to 00.00: it is a free check in. It is obligatory to advise 2 day advance of your time’s arrive, and confirmed 3 hour before the arrive in barcelona.
• The check-in without advice and confirmation will be charged with 40,00 € like penalty.
• The check-in between 00:00 - 02:00 am will be charged with 20 € extra.
• For check-in between 02:00 - 07:00 will be charged with 40 € extra .
• The check out is obligatory to do into 12:00 am. for check out later till 20:00 (only when available) will be charged with 25 € of extra cost.

Cancellation / Penalty / Others

You may cancel the reservation without being charged the penalty indicated by the property. The terms expire usually 30 days before you arrive. Example. Today 10/10/2008 reserve the double room for 10/03/2009 the terms will expire in date 08/02/2009. After that you can not change the reservation.

The Bed & Breakfast Gabriel has the right to charge a penalty for cancellation requests made after the deadline indicated above and/or if you do not follow the instructions specified in the section "How & when to pay".

The Bed & Breakfast Gabriel has the right to cancelled your reservation if you do not follow the instructions specified:

• Iif you don't pay the deposit of 1-2-3 nights required.
• If you don't write your number telephone contact.
• If you don't write the time of your arrive.
